❀ Hi and welcome! My name is Shea and I thank you for being here! Here at Heather L’Shea Esthetics we love all things related to beauty and self care. Our spa was started to help those that struggle with skin issues such as acne, rosacea, dark spots etc. We enjoy working with models in the industry. Your face and skin is your calling card; having the knowledge to care for it is paramount. Our goal is to provide dauntless skincare therapy to consumers within a safe and healing space. This results in seeing progress in one’s skin concerns while also giving the opportunity to feel relaxed and cared for. 💛🧡 Heather L’Shea Esthetics is currently a mobile/travel-based esthetics service. At this time, services are provided at the client’s location, allowing you to enjoy your treatment from the comfort of your own space. Please ensure that you have a clean, comfortable, and suitable area available for your service. Why should you get a facial 🫧? Do you need to take some time for yourself and your skin? Well, it’s never too late to start. It just takes that first step, telling yourself “I deserve to make the time”. Let us provide you with our FREE consultation, and develop your personal skin care plan. Together we can focus on the beautification of your skin with a holistic and long-term manageable approach through professional treatments and guided home care regimens. Before your appointment: Please refrain from using any prescription topicals, retinoids or exfoliation at least 5-7 days before your appointment as well as caffeine the day of. Dress comfortably and come as you are! 💡 PAYMENTS & CANCELATION POLICY 💡: Please NOTE that this is a mobile-based service and appointments are verified and secured in advance. Please call or text (845) 869-5177 for service inquiries. PAYMENTS 💛: A valid credit or debit card is needed on file to book any appointment on our booking site. There is a flat $25 non-refundable deposit required to book and secure all facial services. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment after services are rendered. We accept all major credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Cashapp, & exact cash ONLY. We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, ect at this time. TRAVEL FEE 💛: Because Heather L’Shea Esthetics is a mobile service, a travel fee will be added to the price of your selected facial service based on your location. Your total price, including any applicable travel fee, will be confirmed prior to booking. RESCHEDULES 💛: All reschedules must be done ATLEAST 48 hours before appointment date. To reschedule your appointment go to your appointment confirmation text or email and click “manage appointment”. You are allowed 1 reschedule using the same deposit, after that another deposit of $25 will be required. CANCELLATIONS 💛: All cancellations must be done ATLEAST 48 hours before appointment date. Anything later than that will result in a 50% service cancellation fee. To cancel your appointment go to your confirmation text or email and click “manage appointment”. No call no shows will result in cancellation of the appointment, no show fees, & the possibility of no longer being able to book future appointments. ARRIVAL 💛: Because services are mobile, I will typically arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow enough time to set up. Please ensure that you or the person receiving the service is available at the selected location during this setup period and that I have safe and reasonable access to the space. Please have your designated service area clean, comfortable, and ready prior to my arrival so we can begin your service promptly at the scheduled time. If there are any issues with access or you are running behind, please call or text as soon as possible. MOBILE SERVICE POLICY 💛: Please have a clean, comfortable, and suitable space prepared for your service prior to my arrival. There must be enough room for me to safely set up my equipment and perform your service. I am very pet-friendly and love meeting your furry friends! 🐶🤍 However, for the safety of your pets and the cleanliness of the service area, please keep all pets away from the designated treatment space for the duration of your appointment. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable for treatment. Please provide accurate address and access/parking information when booking. If there are any special instructions for entering your location, please communicate them prior to your appointment.
